98pka Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 98pka platform, accessible at 98pka.pro and any related mobile or web applications operated under the same brand. The Terms are effective from the moment you complete registration or otherwise access the platform.

By continuing to use 98pka after any update to these Terms, you accept the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current version. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were most recently made.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which together form the complete agreement between you and 98pka regarding your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to 98pka is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 98pka is strictly an adult platform and we do not knowingly allow minors to register or play.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from accessing gaming services.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds.

By registering, you confirm that all of the above conditions are met. 98pka reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to restrict access to accounts that cannot be verified.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account on 98pka. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, device or IP address – is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 98pka will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately via [email protected].

Account verification is required before processing your first withdrawal. Verification may include submitting a copy of your CNIC or other valid government-issued identity document, and proof of your registered payment method. This process is in place to protect players and maintain the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 98pka are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically credited to your account balance instantly after successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit. 98pka does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 98pka is not responsible.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If funds are received from a payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR via the same payment methods available for deposits. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. Verification involves confirming your identity and the ownership of your registered payment method.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa for verified accounts are typically completed within thirty minutes of the request being approved. Raast and IBFT bank transfers normally settle within a few hours on regular banking days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

98pka reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts. This is standard practice for fraud prevention and player fund protection and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Full details of applicable requirements are stated in each individual bonus or promotion offer. Free balance (funds deposited without a bonus) can generally be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements.

Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 98pka account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

98pka offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and event-based promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements and expiry dates.

The terms of each individual promotion are displayed on the Promotions page and at the point of opting in. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before claiming it. General rules that apply to all promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household and payment method. Claiming multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonuses constitutes abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses and any winnings from them will be removed from the account balance.
• 98pka reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, and to disqualify players from promotions where abuse or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 98pka are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The results of all games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer outcomes in the case of live casino games. 98pka does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session, 98pka will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue fairly. If a game disconnects mid-round and the outcome cannot be recovered, affected stakes will generally be returned to the player's balance. Decisions made by 98pka in technical fault situations are final.

Sports betting markets, odds and available wagers are managed in accordance with the rules displayed in the sports betting section. In-play betting markets may be suspended or settled early at 98pka's discretion in circumstances including but not limited to match abandonment, rule 4 deductions or market integrity concerns.

Wagers placed using funds from bonuses that have not completed their wagering requirements may be restricted to certain games or game categories as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 98pka and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Registering more than one account or attempting to circumvent account restrictions by creating new accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human method to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multi-player games.
• Exploiting technical glitches, errors in odds, software bugs or any unintended platform behaviour to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Any form of money laundering, match fixing or fraudulent activity through or in connection with the 98pka platform.
• Providing false identity information or attempting to circumvent age verification checks.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing customer support staff or other users of the platform.

Where 98 pka identifies prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to void all wagers placed during the period in question, suspend or permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

98pka takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity and stay in control of their spending and time on the platform. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion periods, all accessible through your account settings.

We strongly encourage all players to set a gaming budget before they start and to stick to it. Gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a way to make money or recover previous losses. The odds in all games are designed to favour the house over the long term, and no betting system or strategy can change this fundamental reality.

10. Privacy and Data

98pka collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Privacy Policy page. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes registration details, payment information, gameplay activity and communication records. This data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support and platform improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your account data and transaction history may be retained for a period after account closure as required for compliance, fraud investigation and dispute resolution purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

98pka provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, technical faults or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98pka's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

98pka is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity or losses arising from reliance on information provided on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

98pka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, in which case the remaining balance will be handled in accordance with our dormant account policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected Terms breach, any balance may be held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, 98pka may forfeit the balance in line with the specific violation. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

13. Changes to These Terms

98pka may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the platform or by email.

Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange return of any verified balance.

Minor updates such as corrections to spelling, grammar or formatting do not constitute material changes and will not be separately notified.
